UPDATE: DroneBase has switched payment processors from Qwil to Stripe. International pilots will remain on PayPal. All pilots must create a Stripe account in order to receive payments for any mission.
You can sign up using the link in your pilot profile under Payment Information. You will have to complete the Stripe setup within one instance. The link or page will time out if left for an extended amount of time without any activity and any information submitted after the fact will not be saved.
If you are not able to complete the Stripe setup or forget, you will have to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to have your Stripe account reset and sign up again as new.
If you experience any other issues within Stripe you can contact Stripe support at support.stripe.com.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: You will know how much you will get paid ahead of time for all client missions. The pay period is Tuesday - Monday. Payments for all completed missions will be sent for processing on the Tuesday after the last day of that pay period. They are then deposited on the following Monday through the below payment methods:
- US Domestic Pilots via Stripe
- International Pilots via Paypal - If your country does not accept PayPal, we will work with you directly.
Keep in mind a completed mission is defined as any in which the pilot received confirmation that assets were approved and payment was sent.
(EXAMPLE: All missions completed between Tuesday January 1st and Monday January 7th would be processed on Tuesday January 8th. Then, all USA pilots would receive a deposit on Monday January 14th)
